Pic & Nic in Trevi. Art, music and snacks among the olive trees

On the occasion of the 14th birthday, as it had been in the first editions, the event returns to the heart of the Umbrian "olive grove" landscape, which overlooks the village of Trevi, along the route of the ancient medieval aqueduct, in the center of the Olive Belt. Assisi - Spoleto , one of the FAI Heart Places. The heart of the event will be immersion in nature, made possible by the Picnic in the Collina Olivata , which will make it possible to rediscover the man-made artifacts linked to the cultivation of the olive tree, such as the "temporary" houses, temporary residences used by farmers who they habitually resided in the inhabited center and were used as a deposit for the olives during the harvest season.

Friends of Music Season 2022/2023

Perugino is Fontignano

From 4 March to 14 October 2023 in the town of Fontignano , keeper of the tomb of the Divine Painter, major events are scheduled with prominent personalities in the artistic and cultural scene, to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Perugino's death. It starts on Saturday 4 March in Piazza Pietro Vannucci with a concert by the Fanfare of the Carabinieri, which will be followed by a meeting with chef Giovanni Pedercini on ancient bread recipes from the Renaissance period. On Saturday 15 April in the green area there will be the conference Il Perugino in the biography of Vasari , held by Emidio De Albentis, former director of the "Pietro Vannucci" Academy of Fine Arts in Perugia, which will be followed by a concert by the Mugnano Philharmonic.

Corciano in Spring

From 18 February to 21 June 2023, the ancient village of Corciano will offer a rich calendar of initiatives to celebrate the arrival of the spectacular spring season. Umbria Jazz 50th Edition

Moon in June

Trasimeno Music Festival

Listed by the foreign and national press as one of the most prestigious festivals in Europe, the eighteenth edition of the Trasimeno Music Festival is back , to be held from 29 June to 5 July 2023 , with a "Anteprima Festival" concert on 28 June. Thanks to the artistic direction of Canadian pianist Angela Hewitt, seven concerts will be staged in truly evocative places such as St. Peter's Basilica, the Oratory of San Francesco dei Nobili, the Church of San Michele Arcangelo, the Castle of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta in Magione and the Piazzetta of the lakeside village of San Savino.

Only Wine Festival

The Days of the Roses

At Villa Fidelia , a place of art, culture and history, the VIII edition of '' I Giorni delle Rose' ' will be held from 26 to 28 May, three days entirely dedicated to the Rose. The theme of this edition will be "Roses and the Rising Sun" with the master gardener Carlo Pagani as godfather of the event. The host nation will be Japan with its millenary culture in which nature plays a central role. Poems, music, art, ceremonies and rituals will help bring this fascinating and mysterious world closer to the roses of Villa Fidelia.Throughout the course of the event, the Limonaia of Villa Fidelia will host conferences.
